37-year old man wounded in Auld’s Cove shooting

A man was injured after shots were fired in Auld’s Cove.

It happened yesterday morning at a residence on Highway 4.

A 37-year old man from Askilton was located outside with a gunshot wound, he was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Antigonish RCMP believe it was an isolated incident.

They ask anyone with information to contact them.
