48-year old Kentville man killed in head on colision

Kings District RCMP have launched an investigation into a fatal collision that occurred in Cambridge.

The incident took place on Thursday night along Riverside Drive and involved a collision between a tractor-trailer and a Honda CRV, both travelling in opposite directions.

The driver of the Honda CRV, a 48-year-old Kentville man, was pronounced deceased at the scene. In contrast, the tractor-trailer driver, a 29-year-old New Glasgow man, emerged unharmed from the collision.

The investigation is currently ongoing, with Kings District RCMP urging any witnesses or individuals with relevant information to come forward and assist in the investigation process. Further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.
