The Nova Scotia moose licence lottery is now open.
You can apply for one of 345 licences for the moose hunt in Inverness and Victoria county.
To get one of the licences you must hold a valid Wildlife Resources Card, be a resident of Nova Scotia, and be 18 by September 17.
Hunters who have held a moose hunting licence in the last five years can’t apply this year.
Applications are open until June 7.
