CAO of Antigonish County resigns

The municipality of the County of Antigonish will get a new Chief Administrative Officer.

Warden Owen McCarron says that Glenn Horne has announced his resignation and has been appointed as the new CAO of the town of Wolfville.

“On behalf of the Municipal Council, I want to thank Glenn for his service to the County. We have accomplished a lot together over the past 11 years. I wish Glenn, Sarah, their family and the town of Wolfville the very best as they start this new chapter.”

Municipal Council will announce a transition plan for a new CAO in the coming weeks.

Horne’s last day with Antigonish County is July 12.
