The Town of Port Hawkesbury has been busy preparing for Hurricane Fiona.
The Municipality has several back up generators that will provide Port Hawkesbury and Port Hastings with water services and sewage disposal in the event of a power outage.
The town would like to advise people to stay off the roads during the storm unless its an emergency.
