Bible Hill Youth Arrested for Uttering Threats

The Colchester County District RCMP has charged a youth in relation to a threat investigation.

On the morning of November 21st, the police received a report of a threat made towards the Bible Hill Junior High School, a threat that indicated that violence would occur on November 23rd at the school.

The RCMP executed a search warrant the following day at a home on Brookside Road where they arrested the 14-year-old suspect. The officers also seized electronic devices and documents from the residence.

The young offender has been charged with uttering threats and was set to make an appearance in Truro Youth Justice Court today
