Police Investigating Weekend Mischief in Glace Bay

Cape Breton Regional Police are investigating multiple reports of damage to vehicles and residential and commercial property in Glace Bay, during the overnight hours of January 13th.

Police received around 20 reports of mischief on various streets in the community, including Catherine, Bell, North, Rankin, Seaview, Vet, Ward, Morrisville, Commercial, MacLean, York, Brookside, Marian, Murphy and McKeigan.

Patrol officers spoke with all property owners and conducted neighbourhood canvasses for additional information and to review any available video surveillance.

Forensic identification officers also attended the properties to process further evidence.

People with information on any of these incidents are encouraged to come forward.
