Winner of $31 million in Lotto Max to be revealed

The winner of a $31 million lotto max ticket will be revealed this morning.

It was sold in New Waterford, Cape Breton.

The reveal will be streamed live on the Atlantic Lottery Facebook page in an undisclosed location.

According to CTV, Atlantic Lottery says it’s the second biggest cash prize to be won in Atlantic Canada.

The first was $60 million in NewFoundland and Labrador in 2018.
