Mooseheads to face Eagles in QMJHL Playoffs

For the first time in 15 years, we’re getting the ‘Battle of Nova Scotia.’

The Halifax Mooseheads will face the Cape Breton Eagles in the opening round of the QMJHL Playoffs, beginning this Friday at Scotiabank Centre.

The Mooseheads won 50 games in the regular season, the second most in franchise history.

Forward Jordan Dumais also set a team record with 140 points, winning the league scoring title.

Cape Breton defeated Halifax 2-1 in their final regular season meeting on Friday.
