Antigonish welcomes two doctors

Two doctors will be making their home in Antigonish with their family.

Nova Scotia Health says Dr. Sarah Faour and Dr. David Faour are relocating with their two young children to the area.

Sarah, originally from Alberta, has been working as a comprehensive family physician since 2017 and will be working mainly in the Emergency Department at St. Martha’s Regional Hospital.

David, originally from Newfoundland, recently completed his residency in Family Medicine in Halifax and will be doing mainly office-based primary care.

The couple met at St. Francis Xavier University and completed the rest of their training at Queen’s and Dalhousie universities.
