There’s a new biopic in the works. She’s one of the most amazing singer-songwriters in history, a true living legend who also happens to be Canadian: Joni Mitchell.
The movie is still in the very early stages, but according to director Cameron Crowe, it’s coming. Production is set to start next year.
The big question is who will play her. The rumor right now is that Anya Taylor-Joy would play young Joni and Meryl Streep would play older Joni.
I could definitely see it. Hopefully we’ll get more info soon.
