Police arrest man after death in Sydney

A Sydney man will be charged with manslaughter.

Cape Breton Regional Police say officers responded to a report of an unconscious man near the intersection of Duke and State streets in Sydney late Friday night,

The 51-year-old victim was taken to hospital where he died.

Police arrested the 49-year-old accused Saturday morning.

He will appear in court Monday.
