Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital has regained water use at the site now that a break in the municipal water line has been repaired.
All outpatient services that were cancelled Wednesday will resume Thursday.
Nova Scotia Health says staff continue to contact patients whose appointments were cancelled to reschedule them.
A boil water order will remain in effect at the site until results are clear.
