St. Peter’s resident wins QEII early-bird prize

Someone from Richmond County, Cape Breton could be spending some time on Nova Scotia’s South Shore.

Raymond Jeffrey from St. Peter’s won the Chester Basin Cottage in the QEII Home Lottery’s early-bird draw on Tuesday.

The prize includes not only the fully decorated $1.3-million dream cottage, but $25,000 in cash too!

Proceeds from the QEII Health Sciences Centre Foundation’s home lottery help to advance health care.

The final deadline for tickets on the $1.8-million grand prize showhome in Hammonds plains and other prizes is Friday at midnight.
