The town of Antigonish is warning about several incidents of the tires of vehicles being damaged downtown.
It’s from bottle caps with drywall screws being placed under tires of parked vehicles.
When the driver pulls away, the screw punctures the tire causing significant damage.
The town says RCMP are aware of this and advice you to take a look before driving away.
If it happens to you, the town asks you call RCMP right away with the location of where you were parked.
