Some Cape Breton students getting another snow day

Some students in Inverness and Victoria Counties are off again.

Classes are cancelled at Cape Breton Highlands Education Centre/Academy and Pleasant Bay School due to road conditions.

The Strait Regional Centre for Education also says students at Inverness Education Centre/Academy will begin dismissing at 10 a.m. Tuesday due to a power outage.

Meanwhile, NSCC says classes are cancelled at the Wagmatcook Learning Centre for the morning for snow clearing around the building.

Classes will resume at 1 p.m. Tuesday.

January 7, 2025: There will be an early dismissal today @InvernessECA due to a power outage. Students will begin dismissing at 10:00 a.m.
