NS Health’s mobile primary care clinic coming to Mulgave

Nova Scotia Health’s mobile primary care clinic will be in Mulgrave on Murray Street February 22 from 8:30am until 4pm.

This is a temporary service to provide an appropriate primary care setting for people with mild or moderate health concerns.

To make an appointment at the Mulgrave clinic, please call 902-227-5884. Phone lines will open at 8:15 for same day appointment booking.

These clinics can treat non-urgent health concerns, for example: prescription refills or renewals (except for controlled substances like opioids), minor respiratory symptoms, urinary tract infections, vomiting, fever, and ear pain. They do not offer lab or diagnostic imaging requisitions. Please have your health card and a list of your medications ready when you arrive.

Care will be provided using a team approach, which includes nurse practitioners and family physicians. If you have a primary care provider, we encourage you to call their office first to see if they have any same-day appointments available.
