Gas and diesel prices down across Nova Scotia

Gas prices in Nova Scotia have seen a sharp drop, with the Nova Scotia Utilities and Review Board lowering the price of regular self-serve by 5.9 cents per litre.

The minimum price now sits at 157.1 cents per litre.

Diesel prices also fell, dropping by 3 cents to a new minimum of 188.6 cents per litre.

This time last year, Nova Scotians were paying 1.60 per litre for gas and 191.6 per litre for diesel.

The Utilities and Review Board makes regular price adjustments every Friday, reflecting changes in the global fuel market.
