On Saturday, April 19th members of the St. Peter’s RCMP and the St. Peter’s Volunteer Fire Department took time out of their weekend and collected 90 bags of garbage along Highway 4 and Highway 104.
Approximately 10kms of the 160kms was cleaned. Unfortunately the whole Richmond County Highway was not completed as it would take many many more volunteers.
The volunteers extended a special thanks to S/Sgt. Kevin Dunlevy who traveled from Truro to help and to all the hardworking volunteers.
