Homemade Reese’s Cup inspired squares

If you are a fan of chocolate and peanut butter, check out this recipe.

I made it a few days ago and they are already gone!

Next time, I would adjust the recipe and use milk chocolate chips but other than that, they are delicious! You could also make them in a muffin tin to further lean into the Reese’s cup vibe.

Ingredients:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

2 cups icing sugar

1 cup of melted butter or margarine

1 cup peanut butter

1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips

4 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions:

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, icing sugar, butter or margarine and 1 cup peanut butter then press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased pan.

Place chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high, stirring every 15 seconds, until smooth then spread it over the crust.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
