Pedestrian hit in St. Peter’s

A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after colliding with a vehicle in St. Peter’s.

RCMP say the car was driven by a 71-year-old man from L’Ardoise on Saturday, December 20 after 5 p.m.

He was travelling westbound on Grenville St.

The 72-year-old female pedestrian from St. Peter’s was seriously injured and taken to hospital.

Grenville St. had closed for several hours for collision reconstruction.

Police are seeking anyone with information or dashcam footage.
