Students will be getting out of class early from some SRCE schools on Friday.
The Strait Regional Centre for Education says the early dismissal is due to predicted deteriorating weather.
Students will begin dismissing at 12:30 p.m.
The schools dismissing early are:
- Cape Breton Highlands Education Centre/Academy
- Pleasant Bay School
- Inverness Education Centre/Academy
- Dalbrae Academy
- Bayview Education Centre
Also, École NDA in Chéticamp will be dismissing their students at 1 p.m. and buses are only running on paved roads.
