RCMP investigating suspicious death in Antigonish County

The RCMP Major Crime Unit is investigating what police are calling a suspicious death in Antigonish County.

RCMP say officers responded to a report of a deceased 42-year-old man around 7 p.m. on May 21 on Arthurs Point Lane in West Arm Tracadie.

Police say the man was found outside.

Investigators are now working with the Medical Examiner’s Service to determine the manner of death.

The investigation is being led by the Southwest Nova RCMP Major Crime Unit.

RCMP say further information will be released as it becomes available.

Police also expressed condolences to the man’s loved ones.
