Keep an eye on your water supply with this handy groundwater tool

We all know droughts seem to be more and more common, a challenge we have to deal with. Hopefully this year won’t be as bad as years gone by, but you never know!

I heard about this new tool from the province, so I thought I’d check it out. They have test wells in different locations that give us a better idea of what the groundwater table is looking like. Just pick the one closest to you on the map and have a look at the graph.

Right now, it looks like levels are dropping, which is fairly normal for this time of year, but it’s still a good idea to be prepared and keep an eye on things.
