Drivers in the Pomquet area will need to adjust their routes beginning September 14th.

Nova Scotia Public Works says access to Pomquet Monks Head Road from the Trans-Canada Highway will be removed following the weekend.

A detour will be in place via Dagger Woods Road.

If you regularly use the Trans-Canada Highway to access Pomquet Monks Head Road, plan ahead and allow yourself extra time for the change.
