Parker, Ernest Patrick “Ernie” – Canso Age 65.  It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Ernie Parker on Saturday, October 31st, 2026.

Ernie enjoyed playing his guitar and singing while surrounded by his family and friends. Ernie was an avid fan of wrestling and the Toronto Maple Leafs.  He was a skilled automotive body repair technician and painter.

Ernie was a beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, nephew, uncle, great uncle, cousin, and friend who will be dearly missed.

He was predeceased by his father Ernest Parker and his brother, Stephen “Steve” Parker.

Ernie is survived by his loving mother, Loretta (Roach) Parker; his sisters, Wanda (Tom), Beatrice; his brother, Robert (Heidi); nieces, Ashley and Jessica; nephews, Scott, Brenden, Robbie, Joshua, Lawrence “LJ”; great nephews, Jordan, Jayden, Tyree, Treyvon and great niece Aaliyah.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the fire fighters, paramedics, Nelson Harnish and Joey Myatt for the help and kindness they provided to Ernie.

Cremation has taken place.  In keeping with Ernie’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. 

Rest easy, Ernie.  You will be missed more than words could ever say. We love you.
