Rawlins Cross takes stage as summer concert series winds down

The second-last show of the 2018 Granville Green summer concert series is Sunday night.

It’s the 24th year for the free outdoor concert series.

Rawlins Cross takes the stage for the fifth of six shows; the Hypochondriacs from PEI are the opening act.

Paula Davis, the Town of Port Hawkesbury’s marketing director, tells The Hawk Rawlins Cross always puts on a great show.

“They do- I mean, they fill that place,” she says. “This will be a lot of fun- we’re thrilled to have them.”

It gets underway at 7 p.m.

Lennie Gallant started the season July 1; Steven Page, Bruce Guthro and The Town Heroes have already performed.

Fred Penner wraps up the concert series Aug. 5.
