The provincial government is making sure Nova Scotians can access affordable and reliable transportation options.
The government announced today that more than twenty organizations and municipalities have been given funding for community transportation.
Antigonish County Transit Society Antigonish is to get $85,580 and Strait Area Transit Inverness & Richmond will get $96,984.
The Public Transit Assistance Program assists public transit services with the purchase of capital assets such as buses, terminals and bus shelters.
