A man charged after a vehicle stop in Antigonish Co. is scheduled to return to court in the fall.
Police say officers arrested a man and a woman during an Aulds Cove stop in Nov. 2017.
They say they seized dexamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Logan Brophy, 25, of Mulgrave and Kristin Smith, 26, of Frankville face possession for the purpose of trafficking charges; they’ve entered not guilty pleas.
Brophy had a status update in Antigonish Provincial Court Wednesday; both he and Smith are scheduled to return to court for trial Nov. 26.
