The Mooseheads (17-4-1), who have won three straight of four of their last five, are tied with Baie-Comeau for third in the 18-team league with 35 points, three points behind Rouyn-Noranda for second, and four points ahead of fifth-place Drummondville; they’re ranked fourth in the country.
Halifax has won the first three games in the nine-game season series between the Maritimes Division teams.
