Police say drivers suspected of drug use

RCMP say two drivers have tested positive for THC.

They say a 42-year old man from Pomquet and a 31-year old from West River Station in Pictou Co. were stopped at RCMP checkpoints Friday and Saturday.

Police say members of RCMP Eastern Traffic Services performed an oral fluid test, and both times the drivers tested positive, and were taken to hospital for blood testing.

They say the blood will be sent for analysis and charges will be laid if THC levels are above the legal limit.
