Update at 4 p.m: Highway 104 is now reopened
Highway 104 in James River was closed for 3 hours on Tuesday.
A collision occurred west of Riverside Speedway around 1pm.
One of the two vehicles involved was an RCMP cruiser.
The Department of Transportation was re-routing traffic.
The highway was closed for a few hours as a traffic analyst assisted with the investigation.
