The Mooseheads (38-12-3), winners of five of their last six, are tied with Baie-Comeau for third in the 18-team league with 79 points, three points behind Drummondville for second, and four points ahead of fifth-place Rimouski; they’re ranked eighth in the country.
Halifax, who has won the first eight games in the nine-game season series, plays a second home game in as many nights when they host Saint John Tuesday night.
