Price of gas drops before long weekend

Pump prices are down for the third week in a row.

The price of gas dropped as much as 0.7 cents during the regular price adjustment at midnight, which means the new range for a litre of regular self-serve in the Quad Counties is between $1.24.4 on the low end, and $1.27.4 on the high end.

It’s the third straight decrease since prices climbed in 12 straight weeks, and 16 of the previous 17 weeks.
