Suspect arrested in Judique fight scheduled to make first court appearance

A man charged following a fight in Inverness Co. is expected to make his first court appearance in the case Monday.

RCMP say they were called to the store in Judique one Saturday morning in April.

They say one man punched another in the face; one person was injured.

Daniel Jerome Gillis, 61, of Judique faces an assault causing bodily harm count, and is scheduled for an arraignment hearing in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court.
