A suspect charged following an investigation into historical sexual assault in Richmond Co. is expected back in court Monday.
RCMP say it happened in different areas of Isle Madame in the 1970s.
Adolphe Patrick Kehoe, 85, of River Bourgeois has been charged with sexual assault; he was released from custody.
Kehoe’s case opened in court in August; he’s scheduled for election-and-plea in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court after the hearing was adjourned in January and March.
It was also adjourned when his lawyer said his client was in hospital in September and December.
