The latest StFX athletes of the week have been announced.
Josh Read, a defender with the X-Men soccer team, won the male award after he was named player of the game in StFX’s 2-0 overtime loss to Cape Breton in the AUS championship game in Sydney Sunday.
Sarah Hoerig, a centre with X-Women rugby, earned female honours; she made numerous big tackles for turnovers during StFX’s fifth-place finish at the U Sports championship in Ottawa.
