Buses are travelling paved roads only in Inverness, Antigonish and Guysborough counties, as well as Ecole acadienne de Pomquet.
Classes are cancelled at Cape Breton Highlands Education Centre/Academy and Pleasant Bay School due to predicted deteriorating weather; support staff workers are expected to report to work at 12 p.m.
