The best-of-seven, Sid Rowe Division semi-final between the Strait Pirates and Miners moves to Membertou for game five.

The Miners won game four of the first-round, Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League series in Port Hawkesbury Friday night.

Game time is 7:30 p.m.

The Novas will try to finish off their Nova Scotia Major Bantam Hockey League playoff series against the Dartmouth Whalers on home ice.

They won the opening game in the best-of-three, first-round series 2-1 in Dartmouth Feb. 29.

Puck drop at the Antigonish Arena is 5 p.m.

A win by the Novas, who already have a berth in major bantam provincials in Antigonish March 12-15, ends the series; a Dartmouth win forces a third and deciding game in Antigonish Sunday morning.

The Battle of Nova Scotia resumes in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

The Halifax Mooseheads host the Cape Breton Eagles.

The Mooseheads, coming off Friday night’s home win against Quebec, are second-last in the 10-team Eastern Conference, and the entire league; the Eagles (38-19-3), who have one win their last three, are fourth in the East with 79 points.

Cape Breton has won six of the first seven games in the nine-game season series between the provincial rivals.

Puck drop at Scotiabank Centre is 7 p.m.

It’s the first of back-to-back road games for the Eagles, who travel to New Brunswick to play Pomquet’s Logan Chisholm and Acadie-Bathurst Sunday.
