RCMP say Nicholas Martin, 41, of Waycobah First Nation has been charged with Transmitting Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography following the search of a Waycobah home Sunday.
Police say they were notified of suspected child pornography by a social media service.
They say Martin was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in court on June 3.
