Pump prices climb

The price of gas has increased for the first time in three weeks.

Pump prices rose 4.2 cents a litre at midnight; that means the new range in the Quad Counties is between a minimum of 72.2 cents and a maximum of 75.2 cents.

The increase comes after back-to-back decreases.

Diesel didn’t change after the interrupter clause was used to lower prices early Wednesday; the range remains between 67.2 cents on the low end and 70.2 cents on the high end.
