Price of gas continues upward trend

Pump prices are higher again.

The price of gas increased 1.9 cents at midnight; that means the new range in the Quad Counties is between a minimum of $1.16.7 and a maximum of $1.19.8.

We’ve gone 14 weeks in a row with no decreases in prices; the last drop came Nov. 6.

Diesel climbed as much as 3.8 cents a litre; the new range is between $1.14.2 cents on the low end and $1.17.3 on the high end.
