The case of a man charged in a stabbing in Inverness Co. is expected back in court Monday.
RCMP say a man, 38, suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries when he was stabbed following an argument in Inverness in August.
They say Francis Xavier Forance, 55, turned himself in shortly after the incident.
Forance faces counts of attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and possession of a weapon.
He’s scheduled for election-and-plea in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court after the hearing was adjourned in February.
