Many still in dark following wild weather weekend

More than 150 power outages are still scattered across the Quad Counties.

A wild weather weekend knocked out power in large swaths of the region.

Nova Scotia Power‘s online outage map indicates nearly 1,500 customers are still in the dark after prolonged periods of freezing rain downed branches and power lines Saturday into Sunday.

Heavy rain left debris and created washouts on many roads.
