A suspect facing an arson charge following a fire in Inverness Co. is scheduled to return to court Monday.
Blaze Anthony Basker, 46, who is also charged with failure to comply with conditions, is expected for an election-and-plea hearing in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court; it was adjourned in February and March.
Police say officers responded to a boat on fire at a Cheticamp business in December.
They say they investigated, and determined the fire was deliberately set.
No one was hurt.
