The case of a suspect facing an arson charge following a fire in Inverness Co. is scheduled to return to court Monday.
Blaze Anthony Basker, 46, who is also charged with failure to comply with conditions, is expected for election-and-plea in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court.
The hearing was adjourned in January, February, March and April.
Police say officers responded to a boat on fire at a Cheticamp business in December.
They say they investigated, and determined the fire was deliberately set.
No one was hurt.
