The Atlantica Party has one candidate in the Quad Counties.
Ryan Smyth is representing Atlantica in the riding of Antigonish.
Smyth tells The Hawk he’s running to give you more candidates to choose from.
“I’m not running to win. I’m running to help get some information out there (and) give people another choice.
He says his party in the only one advocating for freedom.
“I would encourage people to vote for the Atlantica Party because we are the only party that advocates for freedom.”
Smyth is running against four other candidates in the Antigonish riding.
The provincial election is slated for Tuesday, August 17th.
