Two emergency departments in the quad counties will sporadically close their doors over the next few weeks.
Guysborough Memorial Hospital will be closed on the eve of Tuesday Sept. 7 and reopen on the following morning. The department will also close from the morning of Sept. 9 to the morning of Sept. 10.
The Strait Richmond Hospital also seeing some department closures in the coming weeks
They’ll close for the night — beginning at 7 p.m. — on Sept. 7, 9, 10 and reopen the following mornings at 8 a.m.
