There’s been another COVID-19 exposure in the Quad Counties, making it the second this week.
Mother Webb’s Steakhouse off exit 35 on the Trans Canada Highway, in Antigonish.
Anyone who visited the location Sept. 13 between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. may have been exposed, and could develop symptoms up to and including September 27.
No one is required to self-isolate, regardless of vaccination status, unless they begin showing symptoms.
However, public health is advising those who are partially vaccinated or unvaccinated to get tested at least 72 hours after the exposure and monitor their health for 14 days following the exposure.
Should you begin showing symptoms, you’re required to self-isolate, book a COVID-19 test, and stay isolated until you receive a negative test result.
