The puck drops at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre tonight at 7:30 for game six between the Strait Pirates and Antigonish Bulldogs.
The Dogs lead the series 3-2 after a win at home Sunday night.
So far, all games won for both teams have been on home ice.
Pirates Head Coach Tim MacMillan says that could play a part tonight.
“We both enjoy playing in our own buildings, but it should be a factor for us tonight because we should have a lot of support at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre and the guys are comfortable there.”
MacMillan says a key element for them tonight will be limiting Antigonish’s chances from the danger areas.
“The key for us is where the shots come from. So to help Mikey out making sure they’re not in the high danger areas, which I thought we did a pretty good job of Friday. We had the higher danger chances I thought, even though we didn’t have as many shots, I thought we had some high danger chances.”
MacMillan also adds that limiting the Bulldogs’ passing will be important tonight.
